What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a purposeful, thought-provoking and co-creative dialogue with an intention to design and implement specific, meaningful changes in the client’s personal and or professional life.

My coaching approach is solution-focused and transformational. By that I mean – the coaching conversations I facilitate are not only focused on supporting you to identify what you want to DO, but also involves helping you to create awareness around who you want to BE in order to bring about a positive change in your life and the world around you.

A Coaching session can help you to:

  • Identify your core values and find ways to live them in your everyday life;

  • Make authentic and conscious choices;

  • Tap into your own inner resources and wisdom;

  • Become aware of your innate strengths, talents and abilities;

Coaching is about deep listening and asking questions. The aim is to create a safe thinking space for the client, so that awareness can emerge. In a Coaching session, the questions are the answers. When we ask a deeper question, we get a deeper answer. A coaching session is an advice-free zone, where the client is in the driver’s seat as the expert of their own life.
